Tickets

Each ticket admits one person and is valid for the event and date printed on it. Tickets are scanned at the entrance and can be used once. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Skyz Hotel, in which case you will be refunded or offered a transfer to a new date.

Entry

Management reserves the right of admission. Guests may be asked to show valid ID. Event line-ups, times and prices may change without notice.

Payments

Payments are processed by Pesapal. We never see or store your card or mobile money details.

Your data

We store your name, email and phone number to issue tickets and contact you about your booking. Where you book for others, you confirm you may share their details with us. We do not sell personal data. Affiliate referral links store a cookie for up to 30 days so the referring influencer can be credited.
